From what i observed, Brochure 1 and brochure 4 are quite similar because they focus on the descriptive text. these texts describe what the tourist get from in tourist attraction.

Brochure 2 and brochure 3 are focusing on the persuasive words. On brochure 2, the price and the duration are written so obvious. Meanwhile, On brochure 3, it persuade the readers that the producer brings them closely to the wild.

How about the brochure's design. Is brochure design a persuasive language? Are the brochure in here persuasive enough?

In my opinion, the design of the brochure also affects the reader whether he is interested or not. If the brochure is interesting, indirectly make the readers feel curious about what has been offered then there is a sense of desire to visit / buy the product.

Promotional language is inseparable from the use of diction, phrase, construction, clauses, sentence, rhetorical staging utilization, patterned expression, and discourse markers, in addition other sources of meaning such as images, illustrations, logos, maps, etc. All the components mentioned earlier must be utilized as power activator (pragmatic force) so that readers or potential tourists are interested, persuaded, and motivated to visit the tourist destinations offered. Good answer, Lilis. Those other aspects of language such as image, color etc are called multimodality. In translating brochures or advertisements all the components are very important to consider.
