There are Indonesian and English language brochures. In my opinion, brochures in English don't use persuasive language in promoting their tourisms. These brochures are more descriptive and provide more information than using persuasive language. So, the English brochure are not balanced between the use of descriptive and persuasive language.
I think brochure 3 is more persuasive. Even it uses slogan to attract tourist to come to the destination.

In the brochure 3, not only the slogan that show persuasive language. But also the brochure contains persuasive language. You can read the brochure 3 (the content) that you will realize the persuasive part.
