Brochure 1 adresses the tourist as the third party  rather than using 'you' or 'Anda'. This brochure is more descriptive and less persuasive.

Brochure 2 is more persuasive than descriptive and using second person pronoun to adress the tourist and first person pronoun to adress the travel agency.

Brochure 3 is similar to brochure 2 using second person pronoun to adress the tourist and first person pronoun to adress the travel agency. It is also more persuasive than descriptive.

Brochure 4 using second person pronoun to adress the  tourists but it is rarely used in the text. Unlike brochure 2 and 3, brochure 4 is more descriptive and less persuasive.

I want to add yola's opinion. In the second brochure the writer omitted subject. It is one of the tactic to write brochure promotion. So we don't have to always use pronoun/subject

Do you mean that the sentences are in the form of imperative sentence? Please give example(s) taken from the brochure, Lilis. :)

yes exactly Ms. For example "nikmati weekend dan liburan anda dengan kehangatan dan keindahan nuansa pantai yang asri di Pulau Tidung".
