What do you think of doing a survey research? Is it easy or complicated enough for you? Give your opinion about that.
It was fun. Feeling so satisfied knowing the answer and the opinion of the customers. It was easy enough for us, because we doing the survey by google form. So we do not have to take lot of times, papers and money. In addition we did not disturbing their time, because the participants/customers can answer the survey everywhere and anytime as long as they have internet connection.
