By conducting a survey research, a company, an institution or an organization can find out what steps must be taken to develop their program or improve the quality of products that they have created.
2. I think it's not too difficult to do a survey research, we just do the following steps define the population and sample, decide on the type of survey, design the survey questions, distribute the survey and collect responses, analyze the survey results, and the last is write up the survey results.
